Privacy Policy
We try hard to collect the minimum we need to keep deals safe. This page
explains exactly what we hold, why we hold it, and what we do (and
don’t do) with it.
1. What we collect
- Discord identifiers — your user ID, username, and
the IDs of channels/threads you create or post in. These are visible to
any bot in the server.
- Ticket details — the values you submit in the
ticket form (exchange type, amounts, payment method, country/region).
- Wallet data — for exchangers, an internal
Litecoin address generated by us, plus a salted hash of your wallet
password. We never store the password itself.
- Transcripts — the full text of completed ticket
threads, generated automatically when the deal closes.
- On-chain transactions — transaction IDs, amounts,
and the addresses involved in deals you participate in.
2. What we do not collect
- Government identification, passports, or KYC documents.
- Bank account numbers, card numbers, or PayPal credentials. Those go
directly between you and the exchanger; we never see them.
- IP addresses or device fingerprints (Discord may collect these; we
don’t).
3. Why we collect it
We use the data we collect to:
- operate the ticket and escrow flow;
- resolve disputes by reviewing transcripts and on-chain activity;
- protect users from known bad actors (e.g. blocking repeat ghosters);
- maintain accurate fee, profit, and volume statistics for exchangers.
4. How long we keep it
Active deal data is kept while the deal is open. Closed-deal records and
transcripts are kept for at least 12 months for dispute resolution. Wallet
records (address + balance history) are kept as long as the wallet exists
on the platform.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data, ever. We share it only with:
- the exchanger and managers involved in your specific deal;
- law enforcement, if we’re served with a valid legal request;
- infrastructure providers strictly required to run the service
(database, hosting). They cannot read transcripts in plain text without
access to our servers.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct
it, or ask us to delete it (subject to dispute-resolution holds). Open a
ticket inside the Discord or see Contact.
7. Security
Wallet passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Transcripts and ticket data
are kept on access-controlled servers. We follow industry-standard
practices, but no system is perfect — if you spot a vulnerability
please contact us responsibly via the Discord.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced inside the Discord.
Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new policy.
