Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Turbo Trade (“Turbo Trade”, “we”, “us”) is a community-run, escrow-backed peer-to-peer exchange that operates inside Discord. We are not a bank, broker, money-services business, or licensed financial institution. We connect verified middlemen (“exchangers”) with users (“clients”) and provide tooling to make those trades safer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Turbo Trade. You must comply with all laws applicable to you, including tax and anti-money-laundering laws. You are solely responsible for the legality of your activity.

3. How a deal works

1. You open a ticket from the Discord panel and submit the form.
2. A verified exchanger claims your ticket. Their LTC collateral is locked by the bot for the duration of the deal.
3. You review and accept the exchanger’s Terms of Service for that deal.
4. You send your payment using the agreed method, then mark the deal as sent.
5. The exchanger reviews and releases the agreed crypto amount to your wallet.
6. You confirm receipt and the deal closes. A transcript is generated for both sides.

4. Fees and rates

Fees are shown in the fee panel and recalculated at the moment a ticket is opened. Rates are locked at deal creation using the current Litecoin (LTC) market price. We do not retroactively change fees once a ticket is open.

5. Your obligations

• Provide truthful information when filling out the ticket form.
• Communicate inside the ticket thread, not via DMs.
• Never share your wallet password, recovery key, or 2FA codes — not even with our staff.
• Do not use Turbo Trade to launder funds, fund sanctioned activity, or transfer the proceeds of fraud.

6. Exchanger obligations

• Honour the published Terms of Service you set for your deals.
• Maintain sufficient collateral at all times to cover claimed deals.
• Pay out promptly once payment is verified. Unjustified delays are a breach of these terms.
• Keep your wallet password and recovery key safe. Compromised credentials are your responsibility.

7. Disputes and refunds

If a deal goes wrong, request support inside the ticket. A manager will review the transcript, on-chain history, and any evidence both parties provide. If an exchanger fails to deliver, the locked collateral can be released to the client to make them whole. We do not offer refunds for deals that completed as agreed.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use Turbo Trade for:

• any activity that is illegal where you live or where the counterparty lives;
• chargeback fraud, “friends & family” abuse, or knowingly sending stolen funds;
• circumventing sanctions, AML controls, or law-enforcement processes;
• harassment, threats, or doxxing of any other user.

9. No financial advice

Nothing in our Discord, bot messages, or website is financial advice. Crypto values are volatile and you can lose money. Make your own decisions.

10. No warranty & limitation of liability

Turbo Trade is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the Discord. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
